What to do if you have little time : Palacio da Pena
The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, near Lisbon, is a collection of historic buildings and castles. The Cabo da Roca lighthouse is the most western point of Europe. It is also a very tourist park. The Palacio da Pena is the most glaring proof because the queue to visit is very long. This palace is surprising with its red and yellow colors. You can combine this visit with that of Castelo dos Mouros. Another curiosity of the park : the Quinta da Regaleira and its well, Poco Iniciatico.
