The Coast Road, as its name suggests, runs along the coast. We borrowed it from Larne then Ballygally, Glenerm, Glenariff. Then we followed the Torr Head Road to Torr Head which is the most interesting place on this road.

A path allows to climb to an old fort and to have a nice view on the coast and the surrounding valley.

Access : from Larne, along the coastal road north to Torr Head 33,7 miles.

We have tested :

Hilltown : Clonmurr B&B : isolated and quiet, the room is very pretty and clean with bathroom. It's modern and new. Breakfast "à l'irlandaise": bacon, sausage, black and white pudding, egg, beans, toast, orange marmalade, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice.

Coleraine : Lodge Hotel : comfortable and spacious room. 127€ the room in june 2016.
