A passage on the Namibian Altantic coast brings a fresh side to the trip. Swakopmund and Walvis Bay are two important cities. They are often the starting points for seeing dolphins, seals, kayaking, quad biking on the dunes... They are also famous for flamingos which can be very numerous.

For our part, what interested us here was Sandwich Harbor. A license is required to go there. Given the difficulty of getting there, we passed by Laramon Tours for a half-day tour (85€ per person in october 2019). The view of Sandwich Harbor is beautiful, it shows sand dunes flowing into the ocean.
